Comin’ Atcha, Seattle!

by | 01/05/2016 | 0 comments

Here’s the part where I FINALLY make good on a promise I made during the Kickstarter campaign: I’m bringing LTT to Seattle! I’m so excited!

When I set up the Kickstarter, I seriously underestimated shipping and other miscellaneous costs and seriously overestimated my ability to stretch funds, so here we are three years after the fact and I still haven’t made it to Minneapolis, Seattle, or Norfolk. I was seriously bummed when I couldn’t fulfill all of my promises back then, but I’ve been working hard to try and make it happen. I vowed to myself that 2016 would be the year! Seattle end of February/early March, Norfolk and Minneapolis come summer.

Anyhow! If you’d like to share your story for the project and haven’t done so yet, please click here to fill out the contact form with all the necessary information, and I’ll get back to you ASAP for scheduling.

PS: Recommendations for spaces to hold interviews (quiet coffee shops, bars, homes, or art spaces) welcome!

Live Through This is a labor of love requiring a lot of time and care. I do most of the work myself, but do have a small team of volunteers taking care of tasks I simply don’t have the expertise to handle on my own. I am currently in need of long-term transcriptionists and a dependable social media assistant. As I have no budget, these positions are unpaid. If you are interested, please contact me.

Live Through This is made possible in part by donations from incredible humans like you.

If the project moves you and you have even a single dollar to spare, please consider donating. Every dollar donated goes straight back into the project. These funds allow for gear, web real estate and hosting, travel associated with the project, professional fees, conference attendance, and more.
